Cover shows a young Genesis P-Orridge (Neil Andrew Megson) in his school uniform. Contains "William Burroughs Observed / Twice", which consists of two Burroughs items:
- "The Camera is the Eye of a Cruising Vulture. William Burroughs Viewed as Exterminator", a "rewritten and expanded version of a review which originally appeared in the B.S.F.A journal Vector" by Andrew Darlington, pp. 12, 24-25.
- "William Burroughs Glimpsed", an interview of sorts by Alex Falzon, pp. 12-13, 26, "reprinted from the lately defunct Glimpse".
Published somewhere in West Yorkshire, England by Andrew Darlington in 1979.
