This issue is dedicated to WSB. An image by Ira Cohen of Burroughs with Caroline Josselin’s “Bandaged Poet Series” hand cast is on page 30. A. D. Winans contributes their poem “For William Burroughs” on page 31. Ken Wainio’s poem “Dear Burroughs” and “Message Back”, a cut-up from “Dear Burroughs”, is on pages 32-33. On page 109 is a dedication page with a long, cut-up, assemblage of lines from Burroughs’ texts. Page 112 notes William S. Burroughs in its appreciations, quoting Burroughs: “New Orleans is a dead museum…” Published in Dayton, Ohio, US by Wright State University / Nexus in the fall of 1997. This copy is inscribed by the editor Larry Sawyer to the son of Beat poet Jack Micheline. This was acquired from Jeffrey Weinberg at Water Row Books (Massachusetts, US).
