Scarce Japanese Beat magazine.  Burroughs contributes a collage work with Brion Gysin (found in The Third Mind), undated, p. 3. Also includes a reproduction of a New York Times article from November 10 1995 on the "Beat Culture and the New America, 1960-1965" exhibition, which briefly mentions Burroughs. 

Published in Niigata, Japan by Blue Beat Jacket (Yusuke Keida) in December 1995.
