A painting of William S. Burroughs by Loy Edge, derived from the José Férez image on WSB’s funeral card, is on page 14.

A colorized version of the well-known photograph of Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, and William S. Burroughs together is on page 15, misidentifying the fourth person as “Peter Orloff” rather than as Hal Chase.
