The 1997 Year in Review issue.
In his entry for "Top Ten x 12: The Year in Review", Gary Indiana lists the deaths of Allen Ginsberg and William S. Burroughs as his #6 most memorable item in 1997, at page 93. This is accompanied by images of Ginsberg and Burroughs at the facing page, and the same image of Burroughs is on the cover.
Earlier in the issue is a half-page advertisement for "Collaborative Works by William S. Burroughs and George Condo" at Pat Hearn Gallery, New York City, 6 December 1997 through 17 January 1998.
