The NYCS Weekly Breeder [new series], Volume 1, Number 1, 1978

Mail Art / Dada / Fluxus magazine with collages cover-to-cover. William Burroughs is featured in the cover image by Buster Cleveland and has an actual safety pin through his cheek.

NYCS was the New York Correspondence School, and this periodical was revived from an earlier series started by Ken Friedman of Fluxus West, later edited by Stu Horn in Philadelphia, and finally by the Bay Area Dadaists Bill Gaglione and Tom Mancusi, until 1974. Artist Buster Cleveland revived the name in 1978 with this issue.

This copy was signed by Buster Cleveland, and numbered 49/100 at the inside of the front cover. This was acquired from Anartist (NYC).
