Bulletin of Bibliography and Magazine Notes, Volume 29, Number 3, July-September 1972

Contains “William S. Burroughs: A Bibliography” by Lynda Lee Rushing, pp. 87-94. This is one of the earliest, if not the earliest, formal biographies of Burroughs. It precedes Goodman’s first effort by three years, and Maynard & Miles’ by six.

It is filled with errors, and suggests erroneously that Akbar del Piombo is one of Burroughs’ pen-names, but is yet an impressive early effort. Very scarce, as most issues were acquired by institutions only.

Published in Westwood, Massachusetts by F. W. Faxon, Co. in July of 1972.

Acquired as a library bound copy, along with other issues.
