This copy is one of 500 “Artist’s Edition” copies printed, and is signed by publisher Robert Lambert. This was acquired with the other two issues as a 1 of 16 boxed set entitled “Les Petites Bon-Bons” from Boo-Hooray (New York City), along with art, ephemera, and a chapbook on Les Petites Bon-Bons.
