Beat Scene, Issue 112, Winter/Spring 2025

This issue contains “Riding the Energy Train with William Burroughs” by Lem Coley, p. 27.

This issue also contains “William Burroughs and Allen Deloach [sic]: A Conversation”, pp. 28-31, a conversation earlier published in Street Magazine, Volume 2, Number 4, Issue 8, 1978.

At pages 54-55 is a review by Kevin Ring of Oliver Harris’ One Shot: A Beat Generation Mystery, which explores the history of the only known photograph with Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, and William S. Burroughs together (with Hal Chase as well).

Pauline Reeves contributes “William Burroughs in London, Film Season Exhibit”, a review of William Burroughs: Films & Talks at The October Gallery.

There are additional mentions of Burroughs in Kevin Ring’s “So Much for Kulchur”, pp. 15-17, on issue 3 of Kulchur, and in R. J. Riley’s “The Book of Earthbound Ghosts: Terry Wilson’s Dreams of Green Base”, pp. 23-26.
