Special Burroughs-focused issue of this Japanese periodical, with contents almost completely in Japanese [my apologies for all translations below].

The leading page on the section on Burroughs starts with a reproduction of Burroughs' August 1, 1997 entry in Last Words.

This issue includes translations of "Roosevelt After Inauguration", "The Cut-Up Method of Brion Gysin", and some of the letters to Allen Ginsberg from Burroughs in Tangier, 1960. 

This also includes a recollection of visiting Burroughs by Paul Williams, a dialogue on Burroughs between Hiroo Yamagata and Keiichiro Yanagashita, and multiple essays on Burroughs, his life, and works. The section on Burroughs closes with a chronology of Burroughs -- noting major bibliographic and discographic items.

Throughout the issue are images of Burroughs.

The back cover of this issue lists multiple William S. Burroughs books available for sale in Japan.
