Now Now Now, [Now, Number 3], c.1966
The third issue in Charles Plymell's "Now" series (this the final issue). Burroughs contributes "Method/Text", which includes the cut-up "Afterbirth of Dream Now". In addition, Philip Whalen contributes a poem entitled "Homage to William Seward Burroughs", and Claude Pélieu contributes a series of Burroughs-referencing cut-ups in the format of telegraphs. Hand-stitched covers, oversize.
Published in San Francisco, CA. by Charles Plymell around 1966 (see below).
This copy is inscribed by the Publisher, Charles Plymell, on the cover: "Printed by Charles Plymell – somewhere in/on 1966". Note that M&M, and later Shoaf and Schottlaender, set this issue at 1965.
This copy acquired from Waugh Books (Lawrence, KS.).
I additionally have a second copy in lesser shape, well-stained, but signed by Charles Plymell at his collage. This copy came from Jeffrey Weinberg at Water Row Books
