Gambit: The New University Review, Number 1, Spring 1963

This single-issue periodical (except for a hardly seen "Festival" edition) is among the rarest of Burroughs items in M&M. The editor left the journal following its publication (and a scathing introduction, shown here) to start the journal Cleft (also quite uncommon).  Burroughs contributes "The Mayan Caper", pp. 26-31.  This issue also includes a review of Burroughs' The Ticket That Exploded (Olympia Press) on page 21.
